Adoptions: As specialists in international adoptions, it is our pleasure to provide you with information regarding our Haitian Adoption Program. Hope For Families Haitian adoption program is specifically designed for the adoption of children in Haiti, as it takes into account the legal and logistical requirements of such an adoption. We are a non-profit Child Placing Agency (#100009079) licensed in the State of Florida and regulated by the Florida Department of Children and Families. We provide international adoption services, adoption home studies, adoption education, adoption counseling, and post-placement interview services.

If you desire adoption, we will personally do our best to make your adoption a pleasant experience and fulfill your dream of quickly becoming a family! Our Haitian Adoption Program is a newly re-opened adoption opportunity that we hope will meet your request for children. The children from Haiti are of African American heritage and children from 6 months to 16 years are available, including sibling sets. The children are generally in good health and our orphanages are well maintained. Haiti orphanages generally want Christians to adopt their children as they hold strong religious beliefs. Haitian requirements limit adopting people to being 35 years old or more with no children in their home, and in addition married couples must be married for 10 years or more, but a presidential waiver may be requested to modify these rules.

Haiti Orphan Adoption Steps: Here are the steps you must follow in order to begin an adoption of a Haitian orphan.

1) Complete your adoption registration by
Registering with Hope For Families Haiti Adoption Program. Then you must begin dossier preparation through our Haitian Adoption Director. Your completed adoption registration information and International Registration Fee of $2,800 (twenty eight hundred dollars) is required in order to take position in the “adoption cue” as a family in process for Haiti orphan adoptions. Your registration fee covers the initial international work, and initial dossier creation which we will facilitate for you with our Haitian adoption director.
2) Secondly, you must have an
international home study completed through a qualified adoption agency ASAP. If you live in Florida, Hope For Families will provide you with this service for approximately $1,400. If you live outside of Florida - we can refer you to a qualified agency outside of Florida for a Haiti orphan adoption home study although those agencies may charge a fee higher than our agency. Click here to get detailed information about what is required in a home study.
3) As part of our Haitian Orphan Adoption program, once we have received the
required completed adoption forms, required registration fee and completed home study, we will work to match you with a Haiti orphan and facilitate the full adoption process of an international adoption from Haiti.

Please carefully review this Haiti adoption web site and call us or contact us if you have any questions.

The following adoption pages share information about the island of Haiti, the orphan children that are in need of adoption, the Haiti adoption legal process, qualifications for an adoptive family of a Haitian child, cost estimates of a Haitian adoption and hopefully any other useful information you can use.

Finally, we welcome you to begin your Haiti adoption journey with our Haitian adoption program and encourage you to review the
adoption application page as it is a necessary step in adopting a child from Haiti. Upon receiving your signed application and fee, you will be sent a detailed information package with instructions about the adoption process, document requirements and forms, and the adoption contracts to begin preparing your adoption dossier. We look forward to working with you to make your adoption a reality!

Matthew 19:14 (New International Version)
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
